    Indications for Use

    Used for pain relief, relaxing muscle spasms, preventing muscle atrophy, increasing blood circulation to prevent venous thrombosis, and maintaining or increasing range of motion.

    Product Description

    The ManaFlexx® 2 is comprised of a portable electric muscle stimulator (TENS and NMES).

    Mode 1, NMES is intended for the following use:

    • Prevention or retardation of disuse atrophy
    • Temporary relaxation of muscle spasm
    • Muscle re-education
    • Maintaining or increasing range of motion
    • Increase of local blood flow in the treatment area
    • Prevention of post-surgical venous thrombosis through immediate stimulation of calf muscles

    Mode 2, TENS is intended for the following use:

    • Symptomatic relief and management of chronic, intractable pain
    • Adjunctive treatment for post-surgical and post-trauma acute pain
    • Relief of pain associated with arthritis
