The product is good, but we would like to return it because it is the wrong siz and by the time we would get the right size hopefully he will be done wearing the one he received from dr. I called phone number to try to return it but never received a call back. Still want to return this never been used shoulder brace.

Not having a strap cutting into your neck is wonderful. Easy to get on and off.
