At GetABrace.com, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our medical products and hygiene standards, all sales are final and refunds are not available. We do offer exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
• Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories intact
• Products showing any signs of wear, use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted
• GetABrace.com reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions
How to Request an Exchange
• Contact us at orders@getabrace.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued prior to returning any item
• Items returned without an RMA may be refused or returned to sender
• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Important Notes
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstance
• Exchanges are not accepted beyond the 15-day window
• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the item and manufacturer
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping and any shipping fees associated with the exchange
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• GetABrace.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
